MHIP's federal pool includes three plans.

Description	You pay the deductible and coinsurance amounts until you meet the plan out-of-pocket maximum of $5,950 (medical and prescription services combined). You have a separate deductible, coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximum for prescription drugs.
