Low Income Subsidy
2012 MHIP+ Low Income Premium Assistance Program
The funds for the 2012 MHIP+ low-income premium assistance program have been exhausted. Mail notifications have been sent to members approved for participation in the program. The subsidy will appear on these members' January 2012 premium statement.
Funds were awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Members who qualified for the subsidy but whose applications were received after funds were exhausted have been placed on a waiting list. Members may still apply for the program, and eligible members will be added to the waiting list.
